Choose FFXI, and then Content ID on the next menu. Next select Purchase ID. You'll be asked for the registration code that came with your game. Once you've entered your registration code and accepted the FFXI user agreement you'll be able to purchase an ID. The game you're purchasing the ID for, the date, and Fee will be displayed, if everything is correct, then select yes to purchase the ID. The next screen will display the information again before you exit the purchase ID section.
